His argumentation was conclusive, but then to be so resentful and to treat you like air, unless you have drawn attention to yourself, which I find a shame in the service industry. You have to be able to receive criticism and deal with it in a friendly and confident manner. I didn't have a chance to say anything about it, because he treated you like air afterwards, and his staff only asked / did the most necessary things. e.g. Only regular guests were asked whether everything was okay. Only regular guests were asked unsolicited whether it could still be something like drinks or the like Only regular guests were offered schnapps on the house. We felt like 2nd class people.

Very unfriendly service, were handled on the phone and when we wanted to pick up our food (one hour, by arrangement) our food was not even prepared, we had to wait another 20 minutes. When we were finally able to pick up our food, we were yelled at across the courtyard that we should hurry up, the food was still cold and the ingredients weren't fresh either! Actually, I wouldn't give a star at all!

Incredibly good. Our pasta was simply unbeatable and original Italian ice cream for dessert like it couldn't be fresher .. Sitting very relaxed outside with the necessary distance to the next table and disinfectant is available everywhere. Friendly, relaxed workforce and the sanitary facilities very clean!
